Questions

MetaClip is a marketplace where Roblox studios pay creators per view to clip their games on TikTok, Instagram Reels and YouTube Shorts. It is not related to Meta or to Meta AI’s MetaCLIP research model.

On MetaClip you post your game with a budget and a rate per 1,000 views, and creators make clips of it on TikTok, Instagram Reels and YouTube Shorts. You do not contact creators one by one or pay per post: you approve the clips you want and pay only for their verified views.

A studio funds a campaign with a budget and a rate per 1,000 views. Clippers post short clips of the game from their own connected accounts, MetaClip reads the view counts from the platform APIs every hour, and the studio only pays for verified views.

Each campaign sets its own rate per 1,000 views, shown before you make anything. Earnings are floor(views / 1000) × rate, so 47,800 views at $3 per 1,000 pays $141.

No. Campaigns pay on views, not follower count, so a new account earns the same rate as an established one. There is no application step, and the rare campaign that sets a follower minimum shows it up front.

Earnings clear seven days after they accrue, then you can withdraw to your bank through Stripe Connect, or through Wise where Stripe is unavailable. MetaClip takes 15% of the gross.

The studio chooses the budget. MetaClip charges a 10% platform fee on the first $1,350 of budget and 5% on the rest, plus payment processing. Budget only moves when a clip earns verified views, so unspent budget stays yours.
