How to get YouTubers to play your Roblox game

Three ways to get Roblox YouTubers and TikTokers to play your game: flat-fee outreach, per-view clipping campaigns, and what Roblox’s own creator programs do.

Updated ·

In short

  • Three routes work: pay one creator a flat fee, hire from a marketplace listing, or run a per-view campaign that many creators join. Roblox’s own creator programs are not something a studio can buy into.
  • Flat fees for Roblox creators listed on Collabstr ran from $50 for two UGC videos to $450 for one TikTok video in October 2026. Creators with large audiences rarely publish a price.
  • Roblox Video Stars needs 100,000 subscribers plus 25,000 average long-form views (or 50,000 short-form) over 6 months. It is a useful bar for who counts as an established Roblox YouTuber, not a hiring channel.
  • On a per-view campaign you pay only for verified views of clips you approve. MetaClip campaigns start at $150; live ones paid $0.25 to $2 per 1,000 views on 22 October 2026.
  • Judge creators on recent views, not subscribers, and give each one a Roblox Share Link so you can see the players they sent.

What do Roblox’s creator programs do for a studio?

Video Stars is Roblox’s partnership for video and livestream creators: direct access to the Roblox team, early access to features, a regular Robux stipend and verification. It is open to creators making videos in English, Spanish, Portuguese, German, French, Japanese or Korean who post Roblox content at least every 6 to 8 months, and who meet these thresholds:

FormatAudienceViews
Long form (YouTube)100,000 subscribers25,000 average views per video, last 6 months
Short form (TikTok, Shorts)100,000 subscribers or followers50,000 average views per video, last 6 months
Livestream10,000 followers300 average concurrent viewers, last 6 months

A studio cannot book Video Stars through Roblox; the use for a studio is the bar itself, and the verified badge as a sign a creator is established. Sources: Video Stars and its requirements, read on 22 October 2026.

The Creator Affiliate program, which paid creators for bringing new users to Roblox, closed on 24 July 2025 and was replaced by Creator Rewards (Roblox docs). Its Audience Expansion Reward pays the game 35% of the first $100 in Robux purchases by new or returning players who arrive through a direct link, for games averaging 100 daily users (DevForum). A creator’s link to your game can earn the game money as well as players.

How do you find Roblox creators?

  • Search the platforms for your genre plus “roblox” on YouTube and TikTok, and note who posts that kind of game this month.
  • Read recent views, not subscribers. Look at their last 10 videos; a channel with 100,000 subscribers and 3,000 views a video reaches 3,000 people.
  • Use a marketplace when you want prices up front: Collabstr and BLOXG list Roblox creators per video.
  • Go where clippers are: clipping Discord servers hold 10,000 to 121,000 members each; the servers guide lists them. They respond to campaigns, not DMs.

What does a flat fee look like?

Roblox creators listed on Collabstr charged from $50 for two UGC videos (listing) to $450 for one TikTok video (listing) when checked in October 2026. A flat fee is paid whatever the video does, so price it against the creator’s recent median views: $450 for a creator averaging 45,000 views is $10 per 1,000; for one averaging 4,500 it is $100 per 1,000. The cost guide compares that with ads and clipping.

What should the message say?

  1. The game in one line, and why it suits their channel.
  2. Footage: two or three moments that show the game at its best.
  3. The offer: a fee, what it buys (one video, length, platform) and when it is paid.
  4. A Share Link made for them, and any in-game perk it unlocks.
  5. Disclosure: the video must be labelled as paid under the FTC’s guidance; the disclosure guide has each platform’s label.

The outreach guide has a full message to copy and what to agree before paying.

What if you pay per view instead?

A clipping campaign turns the deal around: you set a budget and a rate per 1,000 views, creators choose to clip the game, and you approve each clip before it earns. You pay for verified views only, read from TikTok, Instagram and YouTube every hour. On MetaClip, 37 creators had 230 clips approved across its campaigns by 22 October 2026; the earnings guide has the data, and clipping vs UGC vs influencer compares the three models.

Questions, answered

How do I get YouTubers to play my Roblox game?

Pay one for a video, hire from a marketplace, or run a per-view campaign that creators choose to join. For outreach, pick creators whose recent videos are in your genre, send a short message with footage and a fee, and give them a Share Link. On MetaClip a campaign from $150 lets creators come to you and you pay per verified 1,000 views.

Where can I hire Roblox creators?

Marketplaces list Roblox creators with prices: Collabstr and BLOXG, where you hire per video. Clipping platforms such as MetaClip work the other way round: you post the game with a rate per 1,000 views and creators sign up to clip it.

How much do Roblox YouTubers charge to play a game?

Roblox creators on Collabstr listed from $50 for two UGC videos to $450 for one TikTok video when checked in October 2026. Large YouTubers quote privately; we found no published price to cite. Paying per 1,000 views instead ties cost to what the video actually does.

Can a studio join Roblox Video Stars to get creators?

No. Video Stars is Roblox’s program for video creators: 100,000 subscribers plus 25,000 average long-form or 50,000 average short-form views over 6 months, with a Robux stipend and verification. Studios cannot buy placements through it.

Do creators have to say the video is paid?

Yes. The FTC expects a clear disclosure of any paid relationship, and each platform has a paid-partnership label. The disclosure guide covers TikTok, Instagram and YouTube.
