Calculator questions
How do you calculate clipping earnings?
On a per-view campaign, take the number of full thousands of views and multiply by the rate. 100,000 views at $2 per 1,000 is 100 × $2 = $200 gross. If the campaign caps the payout per video, earnings stop at the cap.
Do partial thousands count?
No. Only full thousands count, so 1,999 views pays the same as 1,000 and a clip under 1,000 views earns nothing.
What fee comes out of clipping earnings on MetaClip?
MetaClip takes 15% of gross earnings when a payout is made. There is no sign-up fee or subscription.
How many views does a campaign budget buy?
Divide the budget by the rate and multiply by 1,000. A $500 budget at $2 per 1,000 views buys up to 250,000 verified views. The studio also pays a platform fee and payment processing on top of the budget.
